Field optical equipment must be stored in a clean environment to protect lens element coating, remain secure during transport, and components must be sequentially accessible for convenient assembly and use. We can tailor a solution to meet all these requirements with gasketed tongue-and-groove lid sealing and double-wall case construction featuring molded-in component pockets.

Pressure-tight containers for transporting Air Force emergency power-unit fuel tanks containing hazardous H-70 hydrazine require expert solutions. Our double-wall construction provides tight fuel tank containment, withstands rough handling including a 48" end-drop tests, and reduces the potential for ruptures. In the event of fuel tank leakage, a built-in safety indicator signals the presence of hydrazine within the shipping container.

Protecting avionics equipment against maximum allowable G-forces. This versatile, reusable deck container accommodates single units of varying dimension and weights. Airtight seals eliminate the expense and labor of installing barrier bags, and the containers are reusable for a minimum of 100 trips, versus 10 trips maximum for previously used packaging.

Transporting and protecting rack-mounted field computer equipment, this case design provides easy equipment access for operation, without removing it from the container. The double-end opening permits the instrument to be plugged into other equipment. Elastomeric shock mounts are provide for engineered shock values during rough handling.
