High quality rotational molding process. Provides the best
transport protection and life expectancy available. One-piece stress-free
rotomolded lids and bases made in Hardigg’s factory to ensure
quality.
Reinforced corners and edges. Provides strength where it’s
needed the most with these high-stress areas built 15 to 20% thicker
than the walls.
Permanent, molded uniform colors. So the color won’t
peel off or scrape away.
Molded-in corrugations. Provides utmost columnar strength
for stacking and protection during transport.

male/female stacking ribs. Allows easy stacking of numerous
like-sized shipping containers.
Positive anti-shear lid-to-base interlock. This feature
minimizes stress on hardware and with our patented locks, effectively
prevents case lids seperating from bases on impact.
Low-profile wing-turn catches. These are both lightweight
and high strength.
Molded-in tongue-in-groove gasketed parting lines. This
ensures a tight seal. Even after an impact, the polyethylene shell
returns to its original configuration with no seal violation.
Recessed latches and hinges. Fully protects your hardware
is from impact or damage.
Molded-in metal inserts for catch and hinge attachment points.
These patented metal inserts provide strength at the attachment
points for catches and latches and spreads the load from the hardware
to the shipping container wall.
The Hardigg Comfort Grip Handles. Patented heavy-duty
plastic injection-molded polyethylene handles are standard on most
shipping containers.

- Comfort Grip Handles are available in two sizes - the Model
75 (U.S. Patent #6,230,925), rated to 75 lbs. per handle,
and the Model 150 (U.S. Patent #5461755, D362805), rated to 150
lbs. Model 150 has a 90° stop, Model 75 has a non-integral
stop.
Foam cushioning systems. Foam-lined, filled or customized
cushioning models for ultimate interior protection. Polyethylene
and polyurethane foams are used depending upon your equipment weight/size
and sensitivity.
